SALISBURY, Md. (CBS Baltimore) — Police are searching for two armed men who beat the manager of a local Burger King and bound the employees after having them remove their clothes during a robbery early Monday.
The incident happened shortly before 1 a.m. at the restaurant located at 101 W. Naylor Mill Road.
Police say the robbery began when one of the employees was taking trash out behind the restaurant. That’s when the suspects approached the employee at gunpoint and led him back inside to the manager, who they forced to try and open the safe. When he couldn’t get it open, police say the suspects struck the manager several times in the head.
